Disadvantages of entrusting your UX to an employee

Recruiting UX Designers is very complicated.

On the one hand, UX Designers work mostly on a freelance basis. The expansion of UX needs guarantees a constant demand against which a permanent contract is not always sufficient. What about the freelance UX Designer?

  • Your UX will weigh on one person. With all the issues mentioned about the efficiency of the service, you will also be dependent on a schedule managed by the freelance UX Designer.
