Ferpect 2022 - Year in Review

2022 was quite the year. For us, as always, it's all about helping you reach your goals by listening to real users. However, this year we also leaned heavily towards a second goal of ours - exploring and showing how UX For Good can benefit not only the society but also users and businesses alike.

As 2023 is forging ahead in full force, we would like to take a moment and share some insights into the past year at Ferpection. We would like to thank you all again for being with us and we hope to create more meaningful journeys in the year ahead!

Working with us is different

In 2022, we started our journey to assess the potential of becoming a B Corp certified business. It certainly is a demanding and arduous project! Certified B Corporations are leaders in the global movement for an inclusive, equitable, and regenerative economy. We will be sharing more info as we go, follow our journey on LinkedIn.

Here is the latest webinar that explains more on UX For Good and Ferpection's mission.

In 2022, our customer satisfaction went up to 8.8/10 and we couldn't be happier about it! However, there is always room for improvement and we would love to hear from you.

Last year half of our UX studies were carried out Internationally!
